1/. We only offer PDF music downloads (that you download and then print out) and MP3 audios (when applicable) on this site. You will not receive any physical products from us in the mail. This is how we are able to keep the cost of our music low for you. If you have any problems or question concerning this, please contact us at email@example.com
2/. Upon successful payment your purchases, you will be sent an EMAIL notification. This email notification will contain the active download links that will allow you to access your products. Please click only ONCE on each link, (not a “double click”), otherwise you will invalidate your download permissions.
PLEASE NOTE: SOME BROWSERS WILL PRESENT ONLY A BLANK PAGE WHILST YOUR PURCHASES ARE DOWNLOADING. IF YOU LOOK IN YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER OR WHEREVER YOUR BROWSER DOWNLOADS TO, YOU WILL FIND YOUR PURCHASES. YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THESE DOWNLOADS BY LOOKING AT YOUR BROWSER’S DOWNLOAD HISTORY.
3/. If you don’t receive an email upon successful purchase of your products, please check your spam/junk mail/deleted items folders on your email program. If you still cannot locate this email, then contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will sort this out for you.
4/. The password that opens your locked pdfs (your notated music scores) is the EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU REGISTERED WITH THIS SITE. ONLY THIS EMAIL ADDRESS WILL UNLOCK YOUR PDFS. You will not receive a password from us via email, nor will you be able to change or use your own password of choice.
5/. Once you have successfully downloaded your purchases, we strongly advise that you make a BACK UP COPY of the files in case of hard drive failure or data loss. WE WILL NOT REPLACE FILES CLAIMED TO BE LOST THROUGH HARD DRIVE FAILURES OR COMPUTER DATA LOSS ISSUES.
6/. Customers should download their purchases to a desktop or laptop computer-NOT A MOBILE DEVICE as these are not equipped with pdf password locked reading/printing/export capabilities. Your pdf file is password locked, (the password is the email address you registered with this site), and the mp3 files are in a unlocked zipped format. We further recommend that customers become familiar with the download function of their browsers, in particular, where on the computer your browser downloads to.
7/. Accessible Music Publishing is not able to offer technical support or advice about your computer, operating system or browser. Please ensure that you are aware of how these elements work on your system before ordering online. We regret that we cannot offer technical advise or assistance for orders not downloaded within 7 days (1 week) of the date of purchase, so please download your products before this time. If you have extenuating circumstances for not doing this within this time period, please contact me at email@example.com
